The Lasdun Building (often called the Typewriter or New Court), is an example of architecture designed by . It contains undergraduate accommodation rooms together with the Yusuf Hamied Centre (where we have common rooms, theatre, TV room, gym, function room, one of the music rooms, and the squash court) and a seminar room. In front of the buildlings there's the small Darwin Garden, including a bronze sculpture of the young Darwin, and there are solar panels on the building as part of the College's sustainability efforts.
